Bookings are only confirmed when a £100.00 non-refundable deposit has been received.
Full payment is normally required four weeks before your arrival date.
Bookings made within 4 weeks of the commencing date, need to be paid in full.
All booking Payments are made via bank transfer
* More than 8 weeks before the start of the workshop: 100% refund less the deposit.
* 4 to 8 weeks before the start of the workshop: 50% refund.
* Up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday: no refund will be given.
* No refunds will be given once a holiday has commenced
* In most cases many cancellations will be covered by your travel insurance.
Cancellation by You
If due to sickness or other circumstances you decide to cancel a booking, within 4 weeks of arrival. You may take our offer of attending another retreat within 3 months of your cancellation date, providing we have availability, without any further payment. If such offers are not taken up, we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred.

Due to the sickness of teachers or other event outside our control, we reserve the right to make changes to our programme, courses or teachers. Alternative arrangements will be offered to the best of our ability. Attending another retreat within 3 months, as before described. If such offers are not taken up, we do not accept responsibility for any costs incurred.
We do not take any responsibility for flight arrangements. Or any costs incurred due to cancellations or loss of any personal belongings.
We often offer discounts and promotions on our website. If we decide to offer a discount or last minute offer, this will not affect the status of any payments made previously by other students and they will not get any discount or refund.

Insurance, Illness, Sickness
Yoga-retreats and its owners accepts no liability for loss, damage, injury or illness, which may occur during your stay.
We strongly recommend all students to have their own travel insurance to cover any loss or injury.
Injury through a pre-existing illness
We take every step to ensure that students are not stretched beyond the limit of their capabilities. We ask that you tell the teacher if you have any particular pre-existing injury or illness, and please tell the teacher if you are finding the class too difficult. We will not be held liable for any injury caused, by any student who stretches beyond the limit of their capabilities, including any pre-existing injury.
If you are feeling any pain or illness during a class, you advised to stop.
Changing of Programme
We reserve the right to make changes to our programme, courses or teachers at any time. This may due to circumstances outside our control. Although we offer our holidays with no single supplement and do not ask guests to share, we may have to ask guests to share a bath / shower room but only if these guests come together, as friends or family.
We offer a variety of programmes on our retreats and guests may choose any programme before their arrival. Changes may only be made upto 4 weeks prior to arrival. We are sorry but we are unable to alter or change existing programmes during your stay.
Please Note : There is a private villa being constructed adjacent to us. There may be some noise during the day and we apologise for this. 1st March 2016. However the town and beach is so close guests may spend their time relaxing on the beach.
Photographs and Images on the web site
To enhance the experience of potential guests we reserve the right to use images of guests on this or other websites owned by us or any third party web sites we choose to advertise on. This includes images taken by us or guests.
We reserve the right to ask any group / persons to leave our retreat if these Terms and Conditions are not upheld, without refunds.
We reserve the right to ask any guests to leave, if we feel they are a disruptive influence to other guests or the retreat without refunds.
This includes but is not limited to the following
*Intentionally or unintentionally causing damage to property owned by the retreat or other guests. NOTE, We do not accept any liability due to damage or loss of property by any guests.
*Failing to comply with the wishes of the owners and/or venue owner’s staff.
* Making noise after 9.30pm which may be disruptive to other guests, this does include music.
We do not accept any liability for information held on third party websites.
By booking on one of our programmes, with us, you agree to our terms and conditions.
